キャンパス紹介
私たちのキャンパスはトロント中心部に全部で5つ。その中でもメインなのがSt. James Campus（セントジェームスキャンパス）とCasa Loma Campus（カサロマキャンパス）です。

ガラス張りになっている所はCulinary Programのクラスルームです。ここで実際に生徒がその週にならった料理を作ります。George Brown Collegeの中でもCulinary Programは厳しい（？）ので定評があります。時間厳守、シェフユニフォームは必須です。
私は今年Chef Trainingのプログラムを修了しましたが、カナダのカレッジってこんなに厳しいんだ！とびっくりしました。でもこんな体験はなかなかできないでしょう。
キャンパスの中には生徒がクラスで作った料理を売っているコーナーがあって、毎日オープン前から地元の人、カレッジのスタッフで列ができてます。
他にも、上記のキャンパスにはワインテイスティング、ベーキング、ミクシング（カクテルを作るクラス）などなど、それぞれのコース応じて充実した設備が整ったクラスルームがあります。
